A mala is a string of beads or a necklace traditionally used as a tool for counting mantras. A Mala can be used in meditation or worn as a beautiful piece of jewelry that reminds the wearer of their intention, and brings a sense of mindfulness and calm to their daily life.

In this 2 hour workshop you will learn about the history of malas and mantras, as well as the energetic qualities of rudraksha seeds and genuine semi-precious stone beads.

You will receive hands on instruction as you create your very own Mala from traditional rudraksha seeds and genuine semi-precious stone beads.

And we will finish with a guided a closing meditation using your newly created Mala.

No meditation experience required.

All supplies are included to make a 108 bead Mala necklace.
