BOOKING
Booking is open 8 weeks ahead to allow people to plan around the other aspects of life. Class booking can be done through our website or the Glofox App. Please bring your own yoga mat and props. We do provide some equipment such as yoga blocks, bolsters and straps, and a few extra mats for if you forget, or you are riding your bike!
Please arrive 10 minutes before your class as we do lock the door once a class has started to allow people to fully engage in their practice and exploration.
Our late fee and no show cancellation policy is in place to ensure everyone has a chance to attend, and so that practitioners feel honoured with their offering (please see below).
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you book into class and are unable to attend, please early-cancel at least 6 hours before your yoga class is due to start. You can do so online. If you fail to do so you will incur a late cancellation/no show fee (outlined below).
If you book a class and fail to “early cancel” your booking at least 6 hours prior, oryou simply do not arrive to class as a no-show you will still be charged for the class (with the exception of 5 and 10 class pass holders and pre-paid memberships who will lose a class). If you arrive after the class has commenced and the door is locked, you will be charged with a no-show fee.
CLASS PACKS
The 5 or 10 Class Pack: Gives you access to classes at Studio 108 Valid for 6 months. This pass is non-refundable and non-transferable. No extensions or suspensions available, except under special circumstances.
MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Membership Payments are debited from your credit card based on an 8 week renewal schedule.
You can book classes under your membership from your selected start date. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable and payments will continue until further notice from you.
It is the responsibility of the member to cancel their membership. Non-attendance does not warrant a refund on membership payments. Memberships will not automatically cancel due to non-attendance.
