Join us for a communication exploration workshop.

This event will be an experiential toe dip into the foundational communication need of SELF-EMPATHY.

We will begin by discussing the nature of empathy and our collective understanding around our relationship with self-empathy.

We all have an intuitive connection - unfortunately, we have been conditioned to fall into societal norms which can lead us to disconnect from our inner knowing to belong and be safe.

The good news is we can always strengthen our connection to our intuition. Come learn how to harness that energy in this month’s Heart Centred Circle to lead us into inner alignment.

We’ll practice opening our channel to receive insight after breath work and sound then connect and reflect in circle for an evening of embodied expansion.

A musical event designed to offer people the chance to relax and allow Bass vibrations to wash over them.

1:30 - 3:15: Bass Cure - Grimy AF

A musical event curated for those Grimy folks that love their duuurty beats.  We're going to blow your socks off with grungy bass, and a guided experience.

Join us once a month in ceremony. This monthly gathering will hold space for introspection and reflection while enjoying the nourishment of breath work, movement, and sound bathing.
