Beginner Acroyoga Workshop

Join Varenka and Alli Rose for this awesome INTRO to Acroyoga!

  • No experience or partner needed. It's okay if you don't consider yourself flexible, strong, or athletic.

  • Wear comfy, fitted clothes (pockets tend to get in the way).

  • Bring some water, and leave the worries about partners at the door.

  • And guess what? Right after the workshop, there's a 3-hour Jam included in the cost.

While flexibility and strength can be helpful, they're not prerequisites. Even if you've never stepped onto a yoga mat or explored movement before, you're more than welcome!

Completing the workshop equips you with the basics and safety know-how, preparing you to join our regular Sunday evening Acro Jams.
